ATAG customer survey results to our installers shows impressive satisfaction rates

At ATAG Heating Technology we’re committed to supporting our network of selected Gas Safe registered installers, whether through the development of our range of innovative iC boilers, to our team of highly qualified Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and our customer service team – we are on hand to offer advice 24/7 – to help you grow and protect your business.

Always eager to hear how our offering is being received and what we can do to improve our service, we were delighted with the latest response from the installers we have worked with so far, with an overall satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5.

Asking the installers to rate ATAG out of 5 when it came to the account opening process, delivery promise and product quality – this survey has shown our Contract of Service Guarantee Promise in action, to put installers first. This includes a pioneering direct approach, allowing installers to deal direct with ATAG to place orders wherever and whenever they want, either online, over the phone of through the local TPM, getting them delivered to the location of choice for next day delivery for orders before 10am.

At ATAG you can always rely on us to provide practical, technical assistance whenever you need it, through our team of TPMs, who are on hand to visit and help you through any queries face to face at a location of your choice.

ATAG are proud that our boilers are sold by Engineers to Engineers. ATAG’s TPMs, are not salesmen, they’re fully qualified engineers, who have worked for manufacturers or owned their own boiler business. TPMs operate nationwide from especially equipped ATAG vans with fully operational boilers, delivering personalised product training, guidance and support to Gas Safe registered installers, on a one to one basis – providing advice on everything you need to know, from pre-sales system design, fault diagnosis, through to servicing and maintenance support.
