The most frequestly asked questions

Yes, but you must notify ATAG of the ownership change within a specific window (usually 30 days) and provide proof of the service history from the previous owner. If the previous owner missed a service, the warranty is likely void.
Most combi boilers only recover heat from the heating pipes. The ATAG iC Economiser has a second heat exchanger that captures waste heat from the flue gases to pre-heat your hot water. This makes it more efficient for hot water production than a standard 'A-rated' boiler, saving more on gas bills.
The fix often involves separating your router's 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels (the controller usually prefers 2.4GHz). If it persists, check the server status in the Zone app.
Yes. ATAG is a huge proponent of OpenTherm. This means if you don't want to use the ATAG ONE Zone controller, you can use third-party controls like Nest or Honeywell (provided they are the OpenTherm versions) to modulate the boiler efficiently, though you will lose some functionality that only the ONE Zone can offer.
ATAG uses a Stainless Steel heat exchanger (which is very durable and corrosion-resistant), whereas some competitors use Aluminium (which can degrade faster if water quality is poor)
Yes, ATAG warranties cover both parts and labour, not just parts. You will need to have annual service by a Gas Safe Registered engineer to keep the warranty valid.
